Our return policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — no long explanations needed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Important for dropshipping orders: Because your item ships directly from our fulfillment partner, returns are sent to our returns processing address — not to the original warehouse. We'll provide the exact return address when you contact us.

How to start a return — 4 steps

Contact us within 14 days
Email info@velmiotrend.com with your order number and reason for return. A photo of the item helps speed things up.

We'll send you return instructions
Within 24–48 hours, we'll reply with the return address and any instructions. Do not send items without contacting us first.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we can't guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing time after we receive the item: 3–5 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, first check with your bank. If there's still an issue — email us at info@velmiotrend.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get what you want.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either reship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

You do NOT need to return a damaged or defective item in most cases. Just send us photos and we'll take care of it straight away.
Return shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — we cover return shipping costs.

If you're returning for personal reasons (changed your mind, ordered wrong size) — return shipping is at the customer's expense.
